The house manager brought '[out?] the curious pheno-
menon of laying glasses, bowls, tea [pottles?], etc., in places
other than the Kitchen. Then somebody moved that
those people should be fined. Then it was a made
a rule that no one be permitted in the to drink or eat
in places other than the Kitchen & the Dining room.
And it was agreed.

Then President [reported?] about the subscription matter
for friges. Mr. P.T. Sah was read [as?] T.P. Sah by
the president and the former protested. The president
begged Sah's pardon.

The meeting was adjourned by the president by saying
if no further business, we will have [?].
