Second Meeting : Spring Quarter April 11th

Meeting called to order by the president at quarter
past seven p.m. Minutes of the last meeting were read by
the secretary & adopted.

President answered to Sah's last suggestion
concerning the teaching of the Chinese cooks around
here. The club was not going to take [?] the teaching
job for lack of time on the part of the members. part of [the?]

Then the president submitted his first [?]

Banquet with the Japanese Club each quarter.
Mr. Huang moved that we the Club will decline
to do so for two reasons: first, the equipmentclub
for cooking is not well equipped in its cooking furnitures.
And second, the Chinese club Japanese club, though

put the motion to vote. It is passed by majority vote.
Sah suggests that the club should refused the {insert}Japanese{/insert} offer
by the Japanese club cordially.

motion to vote: it was a not a majority; opinions are were
divided; the motion was again put to vote; 13 favored the
f motion, two opposed it. Ballots were then drawn;
13 fo said yes; four said no.
