Fourth Meeting Spring Quarter. June 7th, 1924

Meeting called to order by president at 7:30.
Minutes were read and adopted.

President made a tentative report about
the preparations that the coming conference officers
[were and?] are doing. Things are going on very smoothly
and it seemed that they promise would promise a
good success.

The meeting then shifted its business to the
annual banquet to be given to the trustees & alumnis.
Mr. Wu moved that the club should give a banquet
do so. The motion was carried. The club {insert}House{/insert} had $25
for the Banquet. The sum was not enough. Mr. Kwan moved
that the undergraduates should each contribute $1.50
to the banquet. It was carried.

Mr. Ping moved that the date of the Banquet
should be Firday evening, the last day of the final
examination, i.e. [both?]. Further discussion made
him withdraw his motion. Mr. Fang moved that the
date be 21st, Saturday night. Carried.

Business meeting adjourned at 8 o'clock.
