The secretary read the minutes for the last meeting. Acceted. Treasure Mr. Yeung made a brief report. Chairman Mr. C.C. Wu outlined the business program for the evening. Mr. Wu Tsung brought up a program for clearing up the debts of the Eating Club. Records kept separate. Mr. Wu moved that the committee - 飯[團?]善後案员会 - shall continue to function until the Eating Club pays all its debts. Motion passed. It was moved that Mr. I. Huang~~'s election to the~~ be formally recognized as the manager of the Eating Club. Mr. Huang had been elected, upon the resignation of Mr. W.P. Hsieh, in a special meeting. Passed.	192
