There was no further business. The meeting

Winter quarter - Jan 2, 1929

The meeting was called to order by President How.
The minutes of last meeting was read and
passed. The report of the treasurer took
place and it was accepted. The problem
about athletics were discussed - Mr. Ed.
Fong moved that the U.C. team of the Basket-ball
be invited for dinner after the last game; it
was passed. The athletic manager was
ordered to take the charge of this matter.
It was discussed that room rent in the
Club House and the membership fee for the
quarter must be paid to date.

Mr. Tuan moved & recorded that the members of the
Club be divided into several groups, each
of which be responsible for the arrangement
of a program for a meeting. Mr. Lee
amended to Mr. Tuan's motion that the President
appoints a social committee for each coming
