Meeting of Chinese Club called to
order by President Ng. - minutes of last
meeting read and accepted.

A Treasurer's report by Mr. C.C. [Chang?]
read & adopted.

A proposal to hold an end of year
dance [sponsored?] by Chinese Students Club
was brought up by Mr. Ng.

Mr. Moy opened the discussion by
pointing out that the Club has thus
far, in recent years, taken part in few
social functions. It would bring down the
Alumni & [?] a dance would be a
source of revenue. A suggested date was
set at end of quarter.

Mr. [Chow?] suggested that the dance [would?]
be given [to?] the graduating class of '34 &
suggested the dance be held before
finals.

Mr. G. Lee, connected with an organization
which gave a dance previously, stated
that [amounts of?] preparation was required.

Mr. Moy suggested that each member
pay forth five dollars to a pool which
