adopted.

A treasury report by Mr. C.C. Chang
calling attention to the fact that we
were 12 cents in deficit.

Mr. Geo. Lee immediately took the
chair. Mr. Moy brought up a reminder.

Mr. C.C. [Yong] brought up the matter
of sanitation & noise, pursuant to
gambling, in the house.

Messrs Ng, [?], C.C. Chang
and Moy expressed pertinent remarks.
Mr. Moy, as house manager declined to
promise regulations against gambling
[?] noises.
