A picnic committee was to be
selected. Those selected were for the
arrangement of transportation,
entertaining, and food. Those selected:

2. Entertainment - Gilbert Lee K.H. Hsiao
3. Food - Warner [H?]. Yeh

The tentative date set was two weeks
from this evening, April 4. The
date set is for April 20. --

A sum of thirty-cents was
assessed upon each member for the
financing of the picnic. A reservation
of a possible refund was declared if
the total sum were not used.

A dancing and entertainment
party was suggested, which was to be
held a week after the mid-quarter.
The committee was to be appointed
