Old business - Baron Lowe, sole representative to this year's Intercollegiate
Conference, reported: Conference increased in size
More out of state + new people

New business - 1. Brought up question of meetings: constitution [?] for 2
per quarter at least which will be followed this quarter

2. Invitations to basketball game - authority to accept or refuse
given to Athletic Manager, Al Fung

3. Delbert [?] suggested we do something constructive - since
Intercollegiate Conference will, [?], also be doing something along this line
and would include us. This suggestion was placed in Delbert [?]'s hands for
consideration. Anyway a drive for books to be sponsored by the club this quarter
under the [?] of Delbert [?] + [Fannie?] Ho.

4. Outing [?] Hall [?] Bay for social for this quarter May 17 -
Meeting will also be held there. Justs [?] to be handed by
vice-chairman.

5. Dues - $2.00 for the quarter

Meeting adjourned at 9:20 PM.
