Last meeting of the quarter

Meeting called to order by President Jack Quan at 7:20 P.M. Minutes read and
passed by Secretary Dorothy Chin.

Baron Lowe gave a report on the new constitution of the Intercollegiate Conference
(since George Leong was not present) for ratification. Passed by majority.

[A?] Fong voted to consider constitution of club - report at next meeting.

Foundation fund - approximate estimate $540 from those present.

Norman Ong will collect money after meeting for fund.

George Lee will report to Alumni tomorrow who are coming down for a meeting
about this fund.

Big Game Dance - pick a hall : committee for this - John Chin, Al Fong, Norman Ong
Walter [Jung?] suggested that a sustaining fund should be set up for the clubhouse - but
such a fund already in existence so the clubhouse will handle this problem.

Mrs. [Rona?] Lee suggested that next quarter the club should try to draw in new
members on campus by giving an institution meeting, for example.

As previously suggested - start a tradition of having seniors leave some money for
the club.

[?] Club + Clubhouse members - tabled matter until members
of Clubhouse talk it over.

Whether the club will function during summer quarter or not will be
left up to the discretion of president Jack Quan who will be on campus.
