The meeting was called to order at 10:25 pm by
Pres. Johnny Chinn & the minutes of the last meeting
were read & approved.

A report of the quarter's social activity was
given. A picnic-dance on May was held at
Flood Park & the Women's Club House on campus.
Total expenditures for the affair amounted to
$40.67.

Bing Young suggested the possibility of holding
a dance after final exams ending June 9. He
made a motion that we get together. It was de-
cided that those who were interested get together
after the meeting to make definite plans.

Discussion of a file of information con-
cerning members was held. A move was made &
seconded that the secretary make out a form on which
members could fill out pertinent information to
be filed away.

Without further business to discuss, the
meeting was adjourned.
