IV Powers of the House Manager

"To enforce rules and maintain the general
upkeep of the house."

V HOUSE RENTS

1. The rent of each room must be paid by the
middle of each quarter. The date will be
set by the Treasurer of the House.

2. If in the case of a Tardy rent payment, the
House Manager & Treas. will use his discretion
as to a fine of $2 per-week-tardy or
allow additional time for payment.

3. Rents for each room : (Room Numbers subject to
change - but effective Jan. 8, 1952) Per Quarter

Rooms 1 and 2 (downstairs - 1st floor) = $40 each
Room 3 = $50 (single)
Room 4 = $48 (single)
Room 5 = $56 (single)
Room 6 = $48 (double - each)
Room 7 = $40 (double - each)
Rooms 8 + 9 = $40 each
Rooms 10 + 11 = $30 each.

VI HOUSE DUTIES

1. System = Weekly rotation of duties

2. Time limit = Duties must be done by
5 p.m. on Saturdays. On
Autumn Quarter (Football), duties
must be done by 12:00 noon, [vet?].
