Autumn Quarter 1954

House Improvements

1. Two forced-air furnaces installed One in
the attic to heat the 2nd and 3rd floors
and one under the house to heat the
first floor. Installed by the C. [Alleberry?]
Co. at a cost of ----.

2. Installation of complete new electrical
circuits for floor plugs for all rooms,
wiring for furnaces and a new [service?].
The house now uses two 110 volt feeders rather
than a single 110 volt line. Work by F. [Daughtey?] -
$815.

3. Lead pipes under both first floor
toilets had to be replaed.
Work by C. [Alberry?] - cost - $57.70

4. Rain gutter in back of the House repaired by C. [Albery?]

5. Purchased a new Electrolux vacuum cleaner
at a cost of $90

6. Front Hall painted by Luke Chan, Don Cheu,
Don Tsang and Francis Wong - 10/22/54

7. Living room rug washed by Marty Lee and

8. Ping pong room, library, hall and living
room floors washed and waxed by Don
Cheu, Marty Lee, Young Lee, and Don
