5. The Water Heater sprang a leak on the 6th
of Mach and became worse. The House
took bids on the 9th and the bids
ranged from $465 for a commercial
type heater to a low bid of $298.
We accepted the low bid of the
Palo Alto Plumbing Co of $298.
They came and installed the 100 gal
[Pheem?] heater on the 8th of March.
The heater has a 5 - 5 year [guarantee?]
warranty.

At the same time the plumber repaired the
Hot water faucet in the rear bathroom and checked
the first floor [furnace?].
