of the quarter. All members were present at
this meeting. The business transacted were
as follows:

1. $150 was appropriated for the replacement
of old living room furniture

2. The Contract with [Moh?] Barrot Co. for Ant
Control was extended to one year at $60.00 per
year.

3. The resolution for admitting new members was
amended to read as follows:

All the new members shall be admitted
on probationary basis for the first Quarter.
A meeting shall be called for, two weeks
before the end of the quarter, to consider
the desirability for admission to full
membership.
