It was decided to hold a
social event on Feb 11, 1961 to
coincide with Chinese New Year
celebration. The House members
agreed that $40 should be
appropriated by House for the
affair. General plans call for
scheduling a [menu?] with refreshments.
The affair will be open only to House
members & their limited guests.

7. General grievances were aired
at this time.

8. Big Gray kitchen duty assignments
were made. R. Mehta will not
eat with Big Gray but he plans
to use kitchen a for all 3
meals of day. Lee will use
kitchen for breakfast & lunch
& he will be assigned kitchen
duties specially House Manager.

III - Winter Quarter - Matters of Interest
1. Washing machine broke down &
vending co. refused to fix it
for [revenue?] from machine was
so little. As a condition for
putting in a new machine, we
had to guarantee them a
minimum each month. By vote
of the house, we decided to let
co. take back the machine so there
is no washing machine [in?] the house
