9:30 to Mac for breakfast, then to Holiday Inn to sleep, then to Will Rogers beach after getting cleaned up, pretty tired but it was so nice. Ran on beach + cruised + thot. Lunch. Rested on beach. Leave. Meet 44 year old named David; shared sunset. Then to sleep for three hours. Then mexican dinner. Then to H. Inn + change. Then Stud 1. Then meet nice guy, Mike Burgoldt. Back to H. Inn. Breakfast w/ him. Then to beach. Nice. Thot. Then to spa. Ok. Race by SDC + to airport. Blocked almost at Budget Car. Very nervous on flight back. Prayed a lot. I must get closer to God. Thots on beach were about what I really want; how to market EDX, what are friend, what am I doing generally, etc. Thots were not too professional indicating I am ready to go on EDX this Tueday.

One conclusion is to live by the edge and don't try to itemize goals too much. If you do you may be severely disappointed. Try what you can + experience it.
