1) I take this seriously. I work obsessively, meticulously, I care

2) Now I don't feel it's enough, and during the middle I won't, and I certainly won't be motived strongly at the end of this production

3) Let's get this done now, so I can get into it

4) I'm going to keep on developing the spec + plan, but nothing more till we have agreement. So be forwarned so this won't be a surprise.

5) Happy with $75k + bonus for long term, but not stock. This should be in upper [whited out] since I want to take on a lot of responsibility. I want to commit now.
