There's still quite a discrepancy versus
the 9.03% I got. From looking at
Schwab Brochure, they charge $5 or 1%
commission for .38% discrepancy.

IE, zero-coupon bond would've had higher yield
than regular bond paying interest, UNLIKE NOW.
But it was only by up to .11% per year.
Check model to be sure I understand it. OK.
