Before I can manage other people, I must have friends that are close and that I want to go skiing with, sailing with, etc. It hasn't happened here, so I don't count on it, after 3 years.

I can be a nerd here, but I can't manage people. I can do all sorts of interesting technical stuff:

organizing Cobol concepts

study stock analysis

Sort

studying productivity tools

designing Personal Accountant

implementing + testing

But I can't really work with others. I can keep my suffering to myself, but I can't work by myself anymore.

I want to manage creativity. I want to be a "producer" like I was in Albuquerque. Not a "writer." But for that I need sun and close friends. Only place I know for that is San Francisco, or Silicon Valley, or San Diego or all three. Before this I must become fun. (Judy G + Connie F)
