First step may be to get a new car.
There are 3 questions

1 What cars do I like?
Who I'm
trying
to impress
in this
town?

- Lincoln LSC is to much of a pimp car.
That tire bump thing inks me.
- BMWs are so stiff. Black dashes
just don't make it for me, esp
when interior is blue or maroon.
- BMW Z33 is preety good though
- Everyone has a Mercedes, and
they're just not "fun" except
the little 2 sitter, but that's for Mom's.

Prelude
herringbone
seats

- Honda, Toyota, Datsun sedans are
all the same. No distinctiveness.
- Audi 5000 jacked up rear is too funny.
I don't care for its interior either.
- Volvo is too stiff + not fun looking.

2 What kind of car suits me?
I really won't know until I have
a review next week. Have I
been successful and what can
I afford (proportionally) after a raise?

3 Also, where will I be driving?
If I won't be here next winter
as I promise myself, then
only other place is San Diego.
Maybe a convertible would be
more suitable. Le Baron?

I should get about a 15% bonus on
1/2 years work and 10% raise.
That's $16k bonus, and $82,5/year.
If I spend 7% of my income on a
car, that's only 16k car. I suppose
I could do better than that, but
I uese a car only going to + from work.
