I need to start developing something there because my work at Microsoft is running out. And I don't want to be here next winter, and I want to start looking for an SF existence next fall [insert: NICE in SF then!] Escape when fall arrives here [notation top of page] but stay through Dec for Xmas, etc. Now that it will be summer, move to social side of city & stay 6 Mos.

So: leave car in SF & visit during summer or many times [--then--] to get a feel for it. Then in October rent a place and start looking for contracts to do starting in January.

Place in Seattle should be a business expense?

Stay in Seattle through Dec! So $450 for workroom A. T. is ok over six months.

And if Seattle becomes nonprimary residence, whole thing goes for ½ x $575
