It occurs to me in reading some of these [first?]
letters to you from our men in the service,
that there might be a worth while ppublic
relations gesture in sending copies of the
letters of men subsequently killed in action
to their families. Some of these letters are
bound to be among the last the men have
written and would be deeply appreciated by the
families. There might not be many, [but?]
