Under way at Sea

Dear Mr. Tresidder,

I definitely plan to return
to Stanford after the conclusion
of my military service and
continue studying Mining
Engineering. My residence will
be at the Phi Delta Theta
fraternity house on the campus.

As to the other questions
you have asked I find myself
somewhat incompotent in
regards to answering them
specifically. You see I attended
Stanford for only a short while.

But I was there long
enough to be convinced of
the "Stanford Way," and my
only wish now is that the
termination of the war
will come soon so I may
return.
