Dear Mr. Tressider,
In reply to your letter of March, I would like to state my answers to the questions listed in your letter.
Before I entered the Navy, I was fortunate enough to get in a year at Stanford, and I am definitely planning to go back to the "Farm" as soon as I get out of the service. I want to study business with the aim of entering the life insurance business as an actuary.
I would like to suggest that in the Stanford post war program there be refresher courses offered so that returning veterans can brush up on their studies. In regards to housing accommodations and extra-curricular activities, the pre-war Stanford was perfectly all right with me.
I hope that these few answers to your questions will be of some help to your work in shaping Stanford's program for veterans.
