My dear Brothers James & William Sister Emily & Neice [Niece] Elizabeth

For as such, in the fulness of my heart with out further preface I call you hoping as your dear brother has made me one of you by name, and kindred, you may let me be so – in the truest sense of the word: let me be taken into your affections as well as into your family circle: When the heart is full as mine is, words come slowly & seem but cold; so I shall [original text crossed out- but] only say that I trust we may have many happy days to gether; to know and love each other, tho' I must warn you not to believe all that my dear Husband
