POSTAL INFORMATION-Continued. Canada, Union of South Africa, and certain other countries. The rate to the United Kingdom is 7½d per word, with a minimum charge of 12/6 (20 words). These must be lodged by midnight on Saturday, and will be delivered on the following Tuesday morning, and must be written in plain language (not code). To Canada the rate is 5¼d. per word with a minimum of 9/7 for (20 words). DAILY LETTER TELEGRAMS. May be exchanged between Australia and the undernoted places :- Each Minimum Additional 20 words word. On payment of postage in addition to telegraphic rates, telegrams may be sent to any telegraph office in Australia. to be forwarded thence by post to any destination beyond the Commonwealth. WIRELESS TELEGRAMS. To and from any ship registered in Australia or New Zealand, 6d. per word. To Papua and Rabaul 6d ; other stations in New Guinea, 1s : Willis Island, 3d ; Island of Nauru, Ocean Island, Solomon Islands and New Hebrides, 1/7 per word. Noumea, via Brisbane. 10½d. per word.
