and under that belief the Sh'ff has

advertised and there was another elected

at this election. now i want to know

if it is not rright for the old clerk

to hold it Two years now as he has

only had it Two years since he was

elected by the people and the constitu

tion says that the pro tem appointment

shall be made by the court and

the act of the Legislation says the

clerk shall be elected for

four years. please answer this

letter as soon as possible as i

wish to know by April court
