Dear Sir
Several members of our Bar suggested the
convience of having a commissioner of the
Several states at the Library Rooms, where can be
found the statuts and reports of the several
states. In a cordance with their wishes I
design making apprcation to the governor
of the states (?). I have obtained
commissions from Michigan Indiana Illionis
and Missouri.
In closed is a letter of reccommendation
from the judges of the common pleas superior
and commercial courts of Hamilton County
and the principal members of the Bar
