Dear Folk,
I have just finished reading Mothe's Letter to Bob, and trying to read Alices Coras and Jims, But cold not, and so I got Bob to try But he could not do any beter than I did,
Bob is very Buisy, geting Indian Vocabularys, he will not have time to write home for a few days, Prof' Baird being gon, givs Bob all the more work to do but he is expected to be back to night,
We have most beautiful wether here, now, I wish your sick people coeul could be here for a short time if no more it wold be sure to cure them;
I like most all of the Gentlmen that I have met here, espes-ly Mr: Stimpson, he is avery good looking felllow and remides me of Char' tl he looks linke like him, I dont know what is the matter with me this after noon, I think I must stop and have a walk, I can not wirte strate,

Saturday Morning,
The wind is blowing like thundir,
Mr Stimpson is quite sick I went down town to get Sum things for him and the dust flew so thick that I could scarsley sees my way.
I have got a boil in one of my nostrils it is on the inside and maks a bump on my nose as big as a hickry nut,
Profser Baird has got Back, His wife is very difrent from what I had expected to see she is a very large fleshy woman, and looks very helthy,
I dont feel at all like writing,
Sunday morning,
I wish I wsas at home, every body) in the Building is sick or think they are, altho it is Sunday Bob has gon doun to town to work with the it Indans and will be gon till night,
I have got to go down town to get a Hack for Mr Ross to go to Prof' Barids in, and it wont be very plesant walking, as it snowed about 5 inches last night and then rained on top of that,
It will be two weeks to morrow

I had these Photogs taken one day when I happened to [meet?] Ulkes - I was tired and sulky and Carabus made me laughh and took the picture when I was trying hard to keep from laughing -
- Bruno and I are in funds I am out of debt and $30. ahead For April May and June I will get in all $150. this will pay all our expenses -
Im tired and half sick and very anxious about you all at home
