Dear Folk at Home

A lot of Texian and New-Mexican Indians are here and the Philologists want vocabularies of their languages which I must get - This is another d-d nuisence that will take up my time and keep me busy as I can be for some days -

Bruno and I all right, barring the trouble of going about with the savages -

Prof. Baird will be at home to night.

I spent part of yesterday going about with Ross - He will leave on Saturday probably -

Ill have to write short letters for a little while longer.
