We will Authorize your Committee of your State fair to advertise that the Keokuk Packet Co will take all persons visiting the fair to be held at Alton in September & Oct. next who may travel on our boats at regular rates of fare & the same persons returning half the regular rates viz. from Hamburg. Clarksville Louisiana. Scotts Landing. & Cincinnati at $2.50 down & 1.25 back
