Tennessee Ills March 7. 1857 Mssrs Kennicott Gent. I addressed to you a note some five or six weeks ago inquiring the prices of different ages and varieties of apple trees, but have reason to suppose that my letter never reached its destination. I wished to know the prices per hundred of several varieties of four year old trees, the cost of packing and probable cost of transportation by RR from your place to Tennessee (on the Northern Corp RR) about 50 miles west of Galesburg. If you will have the kindness to afford me this information at your earliest convenience you will much oblige. Your.S Daniel Tuohy
