For the Sum of Eight Hundred and Two Dollars - - -

I hereby as the Executor to the last will and Testament of
David May Decd agreeable to the Ricquisits of Said will
Warrant and defend the right title or claim against any
person or persons Whatever Given under my hand and Seal
