Be it known that we the undersigned stockholders in the Commercial Bank of Manchester, Do hereby contribute and appoint Jefferson I Hughes our true and lawful proxy to vote for us and in our name at the next election for Directors of said Bank the number of votes to which we are entitled as stockholders aforesaid. And we hereby agree to be bound by the vote thus cast for [eleven?] directors in said bank to serve for one year from the 2nd Monday of April next as fully as if given by ourselves in our own proper persons.
