at 604 poles Croſsing the said River to a Henry Henry
Sloans Corner a Willow Oak as aforesaid then along said
Sloans line (in all) 764 poles to the first Station including the
Island and Water as Marked in the plann (exclusive of
360 Acres Deeded to George Bruner) And containing in
the Whole Twenty nine hundred and five Acres of Land
all which promises are now perticularly described and
set forth in the planns or Mapp thereof hereunto
Annexed; with all rights of priviledges of Hunting, Hawking,
Fishing and Fowling, with all woods waters & Rivers
with all profits, Commodities or Hereditaments to the same
belonging or appertaining. To have and to hold &c.
