As it was Late befor you Left
Court Last Evening, you having Company at
Dinner & in the Evening Prevented my Disturbing
you - all my acounts are with Mr. Haywood Esqr.
I Confess the articles Not included in the Contract
may be Charged at the full Value. But
Notwithstanding the Laudable Exensions
of the Gentlemen Comissioners to Promote
the University for the Benefit of their
Constituants; at the Same time they must
by this time be Sensible that I have been
a Very Considerable Sufferer by the Contract
having Not only Sunk Several hundreds
of Pounds but also nearly two years Hard Service
without benifitting one farthing by it; on ballan=
=cing all Acount this a true State of the
Case. Even when I am Paid the full amount
