Sir,
On the other side you have a statement of the Property in the District of Edenton claimed by the University, sale of which remains much in the same situation as when I made my last report [?] part of the Tyrrell Land which is [received?] & now waits the Order of the Board relative thereto. Mr. Peter Brown will hand you my [?] with the Trustees as so the Vouchers to substantiate the same which after examination you will please return him [& should the?] and prove [?] you will please pay him the Balance.
