State vs. Frankel―District Attorney stated he had engaged an expert to examine the books with reference to indictment No, 4 and had failed to obtain necessary evidence to warrant the prosecution of the case, and in addition to this fact, though the same would not control his actions the prosecuting witness had no desire to prosecute; therefore he asked that a nolle prosequi be entered So ordered. That disposes of all the indictments against the firm of L. B. Frankel & Co.,
