CRULLERS.
(Sweety Milk.)
1 c. flour (sifted) 2 t. crisco
1 t. baking powder 1-3 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt 1 egg
1/4 t. cinnamon 2 tb. milk

Class Recipe.
6 tb. flour 1/2 t. crisco
1/2 t. baking powder 1 1/2 tb. sugar
1/8 t. salt 1 tb. beaten egg
1/8 t. cinnamon 1 tb. milk
Method: Mix and sift dry ingredients, except sugar. Cream crisco and
sugar and add beaten egg. Add dry and liquid ingredients alternately, add-
ing a little flour first to prevent curdling. Roll 1/2 in. thick, shape with a
cutter and fry in deep fat. Turn when they first come to the top of the fat
and frequently during the cooking. Drain on unglazed paper and roll in
powdered sugar.

(Sour Milk)

1 c. flour 2 tb. crisco
1 t. baking soda 1 c. sugar
1 t. baking powder 2 eggs
1 t. salt 2-3 c. milk
1/2 t. grated nutmeg
Method : Combine as for above recipe, then add enough flour to roll.
