Take two Lemmons, save all [W?]. juice & Pulph,
Boil [?]W. rinds in three Waters till they are
very tender & not too bitter. Drain them Well
& Cut them in thin slips. Take three Onnces
of Almonds blanched & Cut very thin,
Make a syrup of [W?]. juice & Pulph of fine
sugar enough to sweeten [W?]. Tart Mix all
together & Bake it with Bars on a first oven
