Your letter came too late I had already voted as Mrs. Johnson asked. I am sorry if it was not right. But will it matter very much? Will she not yet be compelled to act with the larger committee of which you are one.

Since she was elected at Huron, we ought to stand by her if possible & I presume her position has its difficulties.

I am sorry there are divisions still & it would be impossible for those of
