Today, for the first time
after we got sick, we went for a walk,
it was not a
long walk but we
all were fairly tired nonetheless.
After breakfast we went into the playroom.
Then we had our
lunch. It was quite
good today. Then we
took a walk. Then we
went back to the playroom

we were in the playroom again
and then it was dinnertime
and now [I’m] in bed.
Today there was absolutely nothing
new, so I’m going to stop writing.

This morning we went to the playroom
and we played there.
The children who were ill did not
go to church, and we all
went for a walk after the others
came back from church.
Nothing at all happened yesterday, except that
Lucy got out of bed.
