I added a period after Dr and changed Cohen to Cohn. Though the cursive is hard to decipher, since the name of the own of the collection is Alfred E. Cohn, it is reasonable to assume the sender of the postcard wrote "Cohn" instead of "Cohen". Otherwise, this transcription looks very good to me.
