Letters testamentary having been issued
to George Q. Cannon, Brigham Young
and Albert Carrington and application
being made to the court for
the appointment of appraisers to value
the property belonging to said Estate
in the counties of Washington and
Kane in said Territory. It is therefore ordered that [E?] from
Daniel D. McArthur and Robert C. Lund
three disinterested and competent
persons be and they are hereby appointed
such appraisers.
