Section Two (2) and in Lot One (1) Section Three (3) T. 1 S. R. 1 W.
Salt Lake Meridian. Said tract being North of the Utah
Western Railway track, beginning on the West Bank of Jordan
River at the Northeast corner of said Lot Four (4) thence West Fifty-seven
(57) rods to corner between Lots One (1) and Four (4) thence West on
the North line of Lot One (1) thirty-six (36) rods to fence South on
the line of fence Sixty and 5/10 (60 5/10) rods to the U.W. Ry. lands
thence Northeasterly along side of the U.W. Ry. track Two (2)
rods therefrom and parallel thereto one hundred and ten (110)
rods to the West bank of the river Jordan, thence down the West
bank of Jordan to place of beginning containing Twenty-three 63/10
(23 63/100) acres. Also the following tract of land in Lots Four (4) and
Five (5) Section Two (2) and Lot One (1) and the Northeastern part
of Southeast quarter (1/4) of Northeast quarter (1/4) Section Three (3)
T. 1 S. R. 1 W. situated on the South of the U.W. Ry. track, beginning
Four (4) rods South from the Northwest corner of Lot Five (5) Section
Two (2) thence East Forty-eight and one fourth (48 1/4) rods to the
West bank of the river Jordan, thence down the said river Jordan
to the U.W. Ry. lands, thence Southwesterly along side of the
U.W. Ry. track two (2) rods, thereform and parallel thereto, One
hundred and ten (110) rods to fence, thence South on line of said piece
Eighteen & nine tenths (18 9/10) rods, thence East Thirty-six (36)
rods to place of beginning containing Nineteen and Forty-five
(19 45/100) acres, more or less, with the appurtenances.
