Order for citation etc.

On reading and filing the petition of J.W. Ellerbeck
and of others, sureties of Albert Carrington
one of the executors of said estate, on
his official bond, praying to be released from
responsibility thereon on account of future acts
of said Executor. It is ordered that a citation
be issued by the Clerk to said Executor requiring
him to appear before the Court on the 12th day of April
instant at the County Court House. Salt Lake
City at 10 o'clock A.M. of that day to show
cause why he should not give other surety
as Executor of said estate.
