and place to be therein specified and to
give other security.

Now therefore in consideration of
the premises and the fact that we do not
wish to be held for any future acts of said
Brigham Young as executor or trustee
under said will, we ask that we be released
from said bond, and that a citation be
at once issued and secured in the said
executor requiring him to appear and give
new sureties within five days, and further
that he be required to do no act or thing as
such executor or trustee till after we
are released from said bond.
