of Brigham Young deceased

Samuel P. Teasdale W. B. Barton and David
O. Calder sureties on the bond of Albert
Carrington one of executors of the estate of the
said deceased having filed in the office
of this court petitions severally praying to
be released from said bond as sureties
thereon in consequence of the future acts
of the said executor it is ordered that the
estate issue citations to the said Albert
Carrington executor as aforesaid requiring
him to appear at the County Court House, Salt
Lake City, on Monday the 22 day of April
instant at 10 am and to give other sureties
as such executors as provided for by law
