Pursuant to an order of said Court in said
matter notice is hereby given that Saturday
the 8th day of June A.D. 1878 at
10 A.M. at the County Court House in
Salt Lake City has been appointed the time
and place for the hearing of a petition of
Karl G. Maeser praying for an order authorizing
and directing the executors of said
estate to make a deed of conveyance
to said petitioner of a certain piece or parcel
of land described in said petition at
which time and place all persons interested
may appear and oppose said petition.
